  • In child therapy, we prioritise building trust and safety. For young children, we begin with a session for the parent to express concerns, and then, we engage the child in playful activities to foster a strong therapeutic relationship while exploring issues. A brief overview of ‘what we did today’ will be shared with the parent verbally at the close of each session.

With young adults, we first establish their capacity for therapy consent. Parents may attend briefly to discuss concerns and confidentiality, but unless there are safety concerns, session content remains confidential.

    Cost per 50-minute session: $230

Medicare rebates may apply with a valid Mental Health Plan. For more information please head to our FAQ page or be in touch.

  • We provide support to couples facing relationship challenges, from communication breakdown to parenting differences and intimacy issues. Our goal is to heal and strengthen the relationship rather than assigning blame. Typically, we start with individual sessions for each partner to freely express their perspective on the issues. Then, we bring you together, fostering openness and transparency as we work on the concerns you both raised. We welcome all couples, including hetero and LGBTIQ+, and prioritise your relationship's wellbeing.
